The capsule is not only large but it also starts to dissolve as soon as it is in your mouth making it even more difficult to wash down. The tablets have a really strong horrible flavour to them, and are quite chalky.

This bulk version doesn’t have all the crazy fillers especially sugar or maltodextrin that the other brands have

However you have to be very careful as theyre even more difficult to swallow when broken

Need to ensure that the broken tablet is placed at the back of the tongue with the tip of the tablet pointing towards the back of the mouth and take sufficient water

The alternative is to dissolve in water dissolves in a few seconds it doesnt taste great but easier to take
