Products have different weights, so you need to measure out the weight of a product on a milligram scale to see how much to take. Plenty of supplement as 5mg is a mda. Wish they would just include a scoop for it with the package.

Going back to capsules. No matter how careful you are, bags will eventually break, it’s so frustrating.

So from what i can tell talking to the rep is that 100mg of this has 5mg of boron and 95mg of citrate
