Pros
This is a very inexpensive way to get your calcium. Well packaged and easy to use. High quality, uniform particulates.
Scientifically blended electrolyte formula can set you back a good amount. It gives the lemonade a slightly milky appearance but does not affect the flavor.
The body absorbs the powder version better than the pill form. This powder is easy to take w water or juice. It is also gentle on the stomach.
Cons
Feels horrid. Like drinking/eating dirt. Not able to return for full refund.
Went back to citracal pills but using petites instead of large. Good for a few months after expiry date. Isn't micronized, doesn't mix with drinks or yogurt.
This product contains citric acid derived from gmo corn. Of course this means that any supplement they sell that containscitric acid is gmo contaminated. These cheap brands sourced in china all feel toxic.
