I was happy to find this bottle of 360 hmb capsules for under 20 bucks, a good value.
Price ain't bad but than again, 6 caps for 1 serving, you only got this for 2 months.
For the price you get a ton of servings.

I cant confirm with certainty any benefits over regular weekly exercise but i think this falls in the category of supplements that results can take time to gauge which can make them difficult to measure

When i was younger and hitting the gym daily split shifting and doing drop or super sets gauging supplement performance and whether it provided an extra edge to push through was much easier

You do have to take 6 pills in order to get the recommended serving but i still find this better than taking a powder formula

This is a brand you use if you know what you are gettingno marketing no fluff just the bare ingredients with a long supply so you do not have to keep reorderingthe pills are smaller so you can tailor your dose how you see fit
