So far so good, i take it as directed i have felt better and noticed small improvements in my skin and body, you do get a small amount, for what you pay, however you only use a small amount too it’s super easy to use, the quality seems to be pretty good, however this is the first time buying nad, i don’t really notice any difference in my energy levels and the texture is powder, but so far i feel like i would recommend using this in fact i have already recommended it to my mom.  Read Less
