Since im already lean i cant expect to get a recomp burn fat and build muscle at same time effect from this so all i could do is see if my endurance improves or if it seems like im making gains faster

With this i havent really noticed much of a difference in my day to day though i mostly ordered this because it may support athletic performance and i lift weights regularly
