Its nearly impossible to measure out the tiny recomended dose but vit k is safe at huge dosage so you dont need to worry about getting too much

I bought the tiny portion measuring spoons on here i think 164 of a teaspoon was the equivalent of 90 ug or 9 mg unit according to a reviewer with a scale
