Love this like all the bulk supplements i have bought great source of phosphorus it doesn't dissolve in water but i mix it with calcium orotate magnesium orotate potassium orotate and vitamin c lypo spheric which is a thick liquid form of vitamin c, which when stirred suspends everything so you can drink it and the difference in the way i feel also in the look of my skin is incredible, my skin has tightened like am 20 years younger i haven't found anything that isn't 5 star quality from them yet.  Read Less
