Pros

Two teaspoons of this tasteless powder in my green powder and 1/4 teaspoon of bulk sup guarana keeps my hunger satisfied. Im the only one on keto & my whole family likes them. Mix it into yogurt or a smoothie.

Making sauces thicker, this is my goto option. But some people use it to thicken sauces and soups.

Cons

Even though it's supposed to be flavorless, it's *. Unless you want to * paste, you’re out of luck. Disgusting and terrible product.

Good quality glucomannan, very thick and pure.

This is by far the best fiber that i have used to date.

It bulks very fast, and will clump and be weird, if you don’t start shaking immediately.

I mixed 1 heaping teaspoon in 1/2 cup of unsweetened hemp milk, hershey’s zero sugar chocolate syrup, and 1cup of water.

Price

I thought that it was a bit expensive for my needs, but it is zero carbs, sugar, etc.

It's a great product - i just feel it's very expensive for the amount you get.
