Pros
The recommended serving is 1/6 teaspoon, three times a day. I use 500 mg with my 100 mg vitb 6/ 500 mg inositol in apple sauce or fruit cup as my 'neuropathy cocktail' at breakfast. Fyi - a digital scale for grams / milligrams is a must!
It's definitely a game changer with losing weight. Definitely feel the difference in the gym. If you buy from this vendor, you will spend less than if you had purchased it from another.
Cons
No energy, no cognitive improvement, nothing except a mild lethargy. Gut bacteria feeds on carnitine and produces something called tmao.
The product has a very rotten fish taste when dissolved in water. There is no taste and it dissolves easily. After capping, it starts to'melt', eventually cracking the gel cap.

Those have since stopped after i started taking acetyl-l-carnitine.

Great value and price and it comes in large/bulk amounts so it lasts for months.
The product free from preservatives and is reasonably priced.
If you want to spend a few extra $$$ to avoid making pucker-faces, buy the capsules.
Value for the money would have been 5 star, the absence of a measuring scooper lost it a star.
Shipping
The product is packaged well and arrives earlier than expected.
So i thought about it and i said 8 weeks and 3 days.
I took 2 of them in for a health check prior to shipping and the veterinarian thought i was lying about their age.

Unfortunately they didnt test if ac supplements would relieve their depression but promised to test such in the future
