Pros
Price is great and im happy w my purchase. Quality product flows easily and bulk supps packaging is excellent for a protected dry product. Beats the high price of getting this in pill form. Relatively inexpensive and comes in a nice, re-sealable bag.
I typically take each ingredient by itself first to gauge how it will make me feel, how long it lasts, etc.
It’s definitely a game changer with losing weight. I believe it has added to my workout and will continue to use. A 2018 publication describes experiments with depressed people of varying severity.
Great product. Will continue to rebuy. The quality is consistent and meets my expectations and needs. Lets have some feedback!

Great value and price and it comes in large/bulk amounts so it lasts for months.
The product free from preservatives and is reasonably priced.
These supp prices are getting out of hand to tbh.
Value for the money would have been 5 star, the absence of a measuring scooper lost it a star.

So i thought about it and i said 8 weeks and 3 days.
I took 2 of them in for a health check prior to shipping and the veterinarian thought i was lying about their age.

Search cinnamon powder and lungs “research suggests that when cinnamon gets into the lungs it can cause scarring”i also use some dusty brown powders every time i open the bag i see some airborne dust
