Pros
The body absorbs the powder version better than the pill form. It doesn't full dissolve in liquids, but i mix it into my coffee and just keep stirring it periodically.
Great packaging. Well packaged and easy to use. A very inexpensive way to get your calcium.
Cons
Went back to citracal pills but using petites instead of large. Isn't micronized, doesn't mix with drinks or yogurt.
Cheap brands sourced in china all feel toxic. Feels horrid. Not able to return for full refund.
Advised to take cal citrate for oxalate excretion.
