Pros

It's early stages into this therapeutic addition, so we'll see over the long haul. It gives you an extra edge as it refers to your energy levels and recovery time.

Purchased for diy remineralization toothpaste. Works well for teeth purposes, which is why i bought it. Used it to brush my teeth already a shade or 2 lighter. I use the dcp as part of my diy rem ineralizing toothpaste.

Cons

It is somewhat chalky and gritty and has an unpleasant taste. When you scoop this out and put it in your mouth it feels like coarse sand. I use this to remineralize my teeth per my dentist, but this is far too abrasive.
