Normally i take it in supplement form and i thought this would be a more economical choice especially for what i need it for being mixed with water would be better for my body

One dose is 215 mg approx 116 of a teaspoon so you will need to purchase a dosage spoon for an accurate dosage

It does somewhat help relieve severe dry eye due to lasik surgery

I havent noticed any side effects so if you have some of the issues that this product claims to relieve it might not hurt to try
