Drinking 15 glasses of water didnt do anything for me as far as hydrating me but it did make me run to the bathroom 15 times a day so i decided to try this and boy am i glad i did

Normally i take it in supplement form and i thought this would be a more economical choice especially for what i need it for being mixed with water would be better for my body

One dose is 215 mg approx 116 of a teaspoon so you will need to purchase a dosage spoon for an accurate dosage

Instead of taking it dry get a small sauce dish or something similar and put an ounce or two of clean water in it

Then use a spoon or something to mix it around a bit to get the powder all wet
