Pros
This helps with dysthymia (a form of depression) it has a calming affect but does not make you drowsy. Works well for anxiety. Helps her become less irritated and free of ocd symptoms.
We are so grateful this product is available in this bill form for such a fantastic price. The powder is fine. My only criticism is the packaging, which i simply cannot use. I am shocked at how much, and how good the quality is for the price!
The way you take it is to buy a measuring spoon made for grams. Then the first day, do one gram in the morning, and one at night. It is easier to dispense powder from a container than from a plastic bag.
It tastes very nice unlike some of the vile tasting supplements i've tried. It's a mood booster for me, and it actually tastes good!
Cons
I have a suspicion given the complaints of diarrhea that some reviewers have. The product is defective. Would be extremely dangerous if driving.

Great value, just have to have something to measure out grams.

I have tried a few different brands and the quality and strength of this one is the best i have had.
I fortunately have a bottle from another brand that i poured it into, which makes it easier to scoop.
