This effect is more pronounced if you take it with gaba. I am an avid supplement buyer and spend week's reading and researching about anything i purchase.
It's a mood booster for me, and it actually tastes good! It dissolves well. It is a teeny tiny bit grainy but not bad at all.
The way you take it is to buy a measuring spoon made for grams. Then the first day, do one gram in the morning, and one at night. It is easier to dispense powder from a container than from a plastic bag.
Cons

I was tricked. Will never buy again from this site. Going back to usual brand. I'm returning to my old brand that was more expensive and more reliable.

I've been sticking with it for a while and i feel comfortable and confident with the quality.
All good nice calming and healthy a1c balance
It is a fine powder with a very small grain and it melts in your mouth.
I'm on keto and i looked up everything about inositol and managed not to realize an important and obvious aspect.
Price
Seems like a pretty good price point as well.
We are so grateful this product is available in this bill form for such a fantastic price.
This stuff is way more expensive at the pharmacy

The bulk packaging provides more value for the money!

I have tried a few different brands and the quality and strength of this one is the best i have had.
I have tried other brands and they didn't do anything so thought i'd try bulk supplements again.
I fortunately have a bottle from another brand that i poured it into, which makes it easier to scoop.
I used to use a different brand but then it really changed noticeably.
