Kudos to the seller for making a high quality product. Always reliable. Bulk supplements seems to be the best company for supplements.
It really, really helps with my tongue thrusting (pushing my tongue against my bottom teeth subconsciously throughout the day) and with my night time bruxism. Takes away the jitters and anxiolytic effects.
L-theanine is truly a life saver in today's expensive and stressful world. Arrived on time and undamaged. Woke up with a l-theanine hangover and headache/groggy.
Tried caff and decaf green tea and decaf tea seems to work best for me. L-theanine modulates brainwaves for a nootropic effect.

The 250 gram bag has a revolting, musty smell that disgusts us every time the bag is opened. It smells strongly like chemicals. This has a strange flavor - kind of sweet chemical.

Great product, calming and helps with stress, good along with caffeine.
I add 1/4 teaspoon to my matcha tea to boost the level of l-theanine and it has an almost instant calming effect.
Bulksupplements l-theanine has no taste, leaves no aftertaste and dissolves completely in water.
The flavor is so minimal that i have it in my tea or a protein shake in the morning without noticing any change in flavor.

Amazing deal for the amount, thanks again bulk supplements.
It is very affordable, and has great value.
But for the price, i just put a clip on the bag too and away we go!
Packaging/appearance
The only reason i am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the packaging doesn't give dosing instructions.
Competitiveness
And this powder last sooooo much longer than any other of the dozen or so brands i've tried here, and at markers over the years.
Other than that, i'd highly recommend this product and brand.
