Energy, *, mental clarity, and mood boost all kick in. Don't think just one product alone is the end all to fixing any * or energy issues.
Cons
No matter how hard you try to shake the contents down before cutting open the bag, the zip-lock grooves get jammed with content. I've also had bags i thought i'd sealed, only to find out later that grains of product were blocking the seal.
Very disapointed. Almost unbearable. Of course, the stuff that probably works is grossly overpriced.
It almost instantly dissolves in the juice before it would stick to the side of my bottle. Then the company sends me an email saying they will give me a free sample of any of their products if i write a review llyeah right lol.
