Pros
Magnesium is a very important mineral that most people are deficient in. I often have a lot of cramping and this supplement allows me to do my business and not hurt. No more pain after eating.
It dissolves well and doesn't cause any digestive disturbance. Fizzes well with ocean spray 100% cranberry juice and does not with water.
Cons
This magnesium is'micronized' and this causes a problem when making my calcium and magnesium drink. It’s causing me severe digestive issues. It has a nauseating taste eow.
The item baglooks like itself was cut openby a scissors. Going to buy a reputable american source. There is no refund.
