Pros
Nattokinase can help to thin the blood, like aspirin does, and thus help to prevent strokes by preventing the blood from clotting. As a pain reliever, it gets rid of headaches and diminished pain in the limbs.
Powder is soft and fine, and is a very light beige, sandy color. The powder is odorless as far as i can tell. It is very easy to mix in a little water and is almost tasteless.
This is the most surprising and fun supplement i`ve ever bought! This is great news for anyone who is carb mindful, because here is an ingredient eliminating the need for high carb thickeners such as cornstarch or various flours.
The recommended dose is about 1/32 tsp. I know this is a small amount, but it was consistent with the product directions, and i am on beta blocker. Easy to 1/8 tsp measuring spoon.
The product is as it should be and the ability to deliver in a more convenient way is ideal. The packaging is great. Arrived ahead of schedule and packaged great.
Cons
This new batch i just bought has much lighter color and has no natto taste. It is better i reorder from that site.

Although this extract is somewhat expensive, it's very concentrated, and the quality is excellent.
I will definitely recommend anyone with high blood pressure and inflammation issues it helps a lot little expensive but worth it.
I paid around $30 for a months supply of chalk tasting no results product.
The price for 3+months supply just over $30 and seeing results after 2 weeks.

First what i like they shipped this with the powder in a much smaller plain zip bag, about 2x3 inches.
Packaging/appearance
It used to come in these little white styrofoam containers, packaged neatly and ready to eat.
Tried a sample before and got a bigger pack-pleasant taste by itself or mix with my tea.
The packaging is funny for such a small amount of this powder.

Those cant be reliably resealed because the powder quickly jams things up

In this case some powder got out and into the main pouch which i dumped back into the small bag

But constantly in and out of this nice pouch id say the zip lock only lasted maybe 30 times before it became detached
