I can honestly say i have noticed a boost in my mental stamina - this stuff is for real, and i only take the recommended dose split in the am and pm. It is ridiculous that this worked so well. If it works for you, it's like having your life back.
Cons
This is likely fabricated 3rd party testing. Only difference is this is a hassle and a pill isn't. This gives me headaches and i feel terrible when i take it. Will not but again, changing to pills.
The taste of this powder is horrid, even mixed in a vegetable smoothie. It does not dissolve, the taste is hideous, and it stains whatever it touches. Just doesn't seem soluble.
