Pros

The taste is noticeable but not overpowering. It mixes well with coffee. I take half the dose in the morning with my tea 125mg and just before bed 125mg. I have noticed a boost in my mental stamina - this stuff is for real.

This bulk pine bark seems stronger and purer than the capsule versions i’ve used.

I have had so many health issues since getting a certain shot and doctors right now are baffled as to how to help me.

After less than a week of taking it my entire thyroid has shrunk!

Great value for the money and of course i will be buying more from this company.

Packaging/appearance

Cons are it’s bitter, sticky, stains easy, and packaging doesn’t come with a measuring device and doesn’t seal easily.

Had to put the bag it came with in a ziplock bag.
