It does have a slight chemical and sour taste if eaten right out of the bag but that disappears after cooking

I wanted to add more potassium and less sodium to our food so i tried mixing this potassium chloride product 5050 with regular sea salt

In both seasoning and cooking the mix tastes almost the same no chemical taste but it is not as 34salty34 and you will be healthier
