Pros & Cons
Pros
How many milligrams or grams in a teaspoon, the answer is that it depends. Teaspoon with water and amazingly mins after taking this my legs stopped aching.
Potassium citrate has a taste that some describe as'salty', but i find hard to describe. I usually just dissolve it in warm water sufficient to make it palatable. Comes in an air-tight package that prevents moisture intrusion.
Rbc is an excellent supplement but watch out for those reviews that are overdoing it. Serum is a good start if you can't afford the rbc.
Cons
One side of the pile is yellowish, and the other is white. It is also lumpy but figured i could live with that.
