Pros

Rhodiola rosea is an amazing herb that is always in my daily mix. Very high potency and quality. Taste for a herbal supplement also isn't that bad.


Cons

Their products are not fda, or even reputable 3rd party certified. Their products were like taking poison into my system.

This product helped me to be more energetic when i took it and it tasted good.

I take 250mg of it and it gives me a large burst of energy with no crash and it’s not like caffeine where you get jittery.

Only thing bad i have to say is it doesn’t mix into water easy.

    When i took this before bed i didnt feel super stimulated yet it kept me awake which was great sign of its potency
