Cons
This product is horribly bitter. This stains everything, doesn't shut properly so leaks out every time it’s moved powder shoots out and stains counters, clothes, hands etc. These bulk supps are not for me. They don't clothe me.

If you need riboflavin, this is a good value for the money.
Packaging/appearance
Unless the manufacturer adds dosing by ts to package, weigh it yourself to make sure you aren't taking too much or too little.
It would be useful if package also indicated how many mg is in a quarter teaspoon or some other size spoon.

Fortunately riboflavin strongly fluoresces under uv light is consumable even in large doses and water soluble

Although the main leak could be seen during daytime as seen in attached photo there were 2 smaller leaks that i wasnt able to see till night time would never have found without the intense uv glow of the riboflavin

Only downside riboflavin is very bitter

Also i had to let it go into my water heater because i didnt know if it was hot or cold line that was leaking
