Pros

The company has excellent customer service. They dispatch things immediately, and you get perfect quality. Couldn't be more pleased with this item.

This is the only b2 supplement i could find w/o filler or that used a gelatin capsule. Pure encapsulations products, because pe uses minimal fillers, and is verified via nsf to comply with gmp.

Rare pure riboflavin mixes very well with water, and is tasteless. It is something you can easily hide in a smoothie or juice. There is a bit of a bitter aftertaste, but since only a small amount needs to be used that taste should be manageable.

A lot of people bypass the b vitamins not knowing how essential they are as building blocks or the immense benefits they provide. Consume with your favorite juice is recommended.

Riboflavin is a b vitamin. It regulates homocysteine levels. It is good for skin, nails and hair.

Cons
