This is a middle of the road potency, 600mg, and it works great for me. I take it earlier enough in the day that i feel the side effects will lesson by nighttime.

I like it very much because it calms my nerves and it gives me a good night sleep. I think it calmed my nerves just a tad. I take it for mood which it improves, and because it is an antioxidant.

It seems to reduce my * drive a bit, not by a great deal, but enough that it's noticeable. Seems to be more effective in it's unadulterated, pure form.

The powder smells almost like fresh ginseng. It is a fine powder which tends to clump in water. I use a battery operated stirrer and it blasts all the clumps.

If those two side effects weren't visible, then i'd likely take this everyday, because it works on every other level.
