Pros
The only thing i feel as though this shovel is missing is a slightly sharpened edge. My last * point shovel was given to my daughter. My only disappointment is i have to now work to sharpen it.
The metal is a good two to three times the thickness of a standard shovel. The bar is lightweight, and the handle super sturdy. Thick, sold no nonsense shovel.
The fiberglass is sturdy and shows no sign of wear after a full two seasons of heavy yard work and gardening. It's well-made, but the fiberglass handle makes it very light and handy in use.
Shovel still looks new. I am confident this shovel will still be in use a couple of decades from now. I need a new shovel, so going to order another and hope it can give me at least 2 new years of use, cheers. I have no doubt thatthis shovel will sati... Read More
Cons
This shovel has major design flaws and /or poor quality control at the manufacturing facility. It is far inferior to a fiskars china made shovel i also ordered. I sell on amazon and get companies who do just that so ya never know.
The fiskars looks like it was welded by nasa. There are sharp pieces of the rivet sticking out that can grab you. It looks like thick sheet metal welded together with a few razor sharp rivets sticking out.

This bully shovel will long outlast me even digging and prying our rocks.
I can really put my boot on the top of this one and put my full weight into it and no flex in the blade occurs at all.

I love that it is priced fairly and made in the u.
It served me well, but was a less expensive but quality item.
Competitiveness
It is very well made, far superior to shovels from a big box store.
I also bought the bully 12 gauge cap rock shovel last year and the same comments apply to it as well.

Wood handles dulled tips from rocky soil ive never had a chance to buy my own shovel
