However when i took it to the jeweller kiosk in the mall they were unable to resize it she said the pins were unusually tiny and impossible to remove

I had had the previous one resized with no problem when i first got it but i will probably have to take this one to a fancier jeweller

The strap will have to be altered considerably by a jeweler however i have a small wrist so i always expect that
