Pros

The conditioner is just what it says it super rich, so not much of it is needed to fully saturate the hair. The gentle scent does not aggravate my allergies and it makes my hair soft and shiny. It has a nice light scent and is great to use daily.

While it may be costly, it's well worth the money. It's worth every penny. As a matter of fact, this and the b&b cream rinse are all she wanted for christmas.

Really seems to help with the dryness. Can't complain. Biolage and regis. Love all bumble and bumble products.

B&b isn't quite as'main stream' as redken, paul mitchell, aveda or any of the other array of designer products that i have tried in the past.

Fast shipping. Excellent packaging. It was packed well.

Cons

The products that i purchased from amazon are not authentic bumble and bumble. Product was broken in the box. Destroyed one product and leaked out nearly half the bottle.
