Pros

The bumble and bumble oil shampoo is amazing, i love it. Great shampoo for colored and processed hair. Best shampoo for curly hair.

Cons

Shampoo is nothing like the original bumble and bumble. There was a gray heat-shrink wrapper over the bottle. The same goes for the conditioner.

My hair feels so soft and it’s by far the best smelling hair product i’ve used.

I've been using this shampoo with its conditioner for the past few years and my hair has never been healthier.

My husband and i both have long, straight, thin hair and we go through a bottle about every 8-9 months.

Price

The product is pricy , but it has made my hair transform it to be more manageable and smooth without weighing it down.

If only it weren’t so darn expensive!

Would not buy again due to price.

Packaging/appearance

I was upset at first because my lid was open and made a mess in the packaging .

My only complaint is that the bottle arrived opened and some of the contents had spilled out.
