I have super baby fine thinner hair so i have to be careful what i put on it

My stylist said i really needed to use a heat protectant when i use a flat iron or blow dry my hair but i have had such bad luck with leaveins that i did a lot of looking and reading reviews and really didnt want to use anything at all
