Pros
Using the thickening conditioner with a volumizing shampoo has made me feel better about my hair and the way it looks. My hair is naturally curly and processed but this conditioner makes it feel like silk.
It leaves my hair soft, manageable, feeling thicker - yes, actually - and clean-feeling. It rinses out beautifully leaving no residue behind. Fragrance is on the light side but it works perfect.
Cons
The bumble and bumble conditioner is the worst conditioner i have ever used. This is absolutely unusable for me and apparently a lot of other people. These bb products are way overpriced for the quality.
Bumble and bumble shampoo is not what it should be. There are cheaper drugstore brands that offer better volume. The smell is awful now too.
The product thickens my hair--turning it into a completely unmanageable knot of ratty, tangly hair. It smells great & looks great but does not condition your hair at all. I want good hair, not just pleasantly perfumed hair.

For those complaining that they received a fake or expired product bc the conditioner is beige rather than white you are wrong
