Pros

It is pricey but worth it for me. Only takes a little, dime size amount in your hand. I wish it came in bigger size bottles (gallon) at quanity price.

Shampoo/conditioner works fabulously. Very nice fragrance. You can use this even if you're an old fart.

Cons

I'm not confident this is even truly bumble&bumble product. It smells of chemicals and it’s most unpleasant.

Love these products among my very favorite shampoo and cream rinses, they do thicken up the hair quite nicely.

This product gives my hair volume, moisture, and is great chemistry for my hair.

I have tried umpteen high end hair lines and none of them clean as well, give as much volume, and don’t make your hair weird or sticky.

My hair has been thinning for years and i’ve finally found a shampoo that is reversing that.

Price

Still think the price is absurd but can’t argue with how great my hair looks.

I loved this but it’s so expensive & hard to find if your salon doesn’t carry it.

I received my order quickly, so would definitely purchase from them again.

Product came on time and was packaged nicely.
