Pros
Separates hammertoe from big toe preventing discomfort. Have used silicone separators in the past but decided this style. Although not a magic bullet for my overlapping toe, it is 85 - 90 effective in keeping my second toe from overlapping big toee.
Second order. Sleep, shower, with shoes. Also, can keep it on at night if so choose. Wish they cam in smaller amounts.
Cons
After one hour my toe was aching and turning purple as if in a torniquet. Uncomfortable to wear under socks in a shoe. Will try again as foot heals from leg surgeries.
The 0. Durante item is worthless. After using it todos the days, my dolor disappeared. Had to remove it.

The little rolls or one piece things you stick between the toes don’t stay in place and the big toe is able to push it over so that and the toe overlap
