The types i have tried are the simple silicone wedge, the silicone with toe loops (both compressed and stretched, changing shape pretty quickly making them not useful after maybe a handful of times used) the skin tone wrap splint type with three velcro straps and arch padding (helpful correction for sure, but the device would slip out of position when walking around or my my feet begin to cramp during night plus putting them on is a bit of a chore).  Read Less
