The wood grain is absolutely beautiful, and it isn't hidden by the unnatural sheen of varnish. From what i can tell, the violin seems well built, the satiny finish is beautiful and i love that you get the aubert bridge with the g1.

It arrived fully set-up; the bridge was tipped forward a tiny bit, probably from the stress of shipping, but that was easy enough to fix.

They upgraded my shipping to overnight so that it would arrive before christmas for no extra charge.
