After emailing sony support, the only answer seems to be purchase another set of controllers. Sony says they can replace it under warranty (only 90 days! If you buy this game and it stops working you are *! Here is your warning!

These wireless controllers require a special usb stick, called a dongle, which plugs into the controller port on the ps3.
Price
Quite expensive, but with the hours of fun we get out of it, definitely worth it!
I do not understand why this is going for $125+ on amazon and on ebay.
I am writing this review in hopes of saving potential buyers from unnecessary frustration, and perhaps even save them some money too.
If you can find it for $60, it is definitely worth a buy.
Packaging/appearance
Make sure you order the package with the dongle or the buzz controllers won't work.
Competitiveness
With more categories than the original buzz!
Quiz world has the same categories of quiz tv and 5 more but the sub-categories are comletely different.
So it's better to priorly select players, names, etc.

I just blew the dust off my ps3 today 34totally unplanned34 because i had a house full of friends over for a memorial day bbq and there was not enough bug spray to fully enjoy the backyard til sunset i thought it would be a great idea to play some trivia when one of the girlfriends brought up playing board games cards and dominos

Anyhow once the ps3 did its things i plugged in the usb dongle and fired up the 4 remotes which to my surprise still had live batteries in them
