Maybe not full comfortable because is very thin but is light can carrying inside tactical backpack and also used as seating mat

A thick mat either inflatable or selfinflating or even a moderately thick closedcell mat will be very uncomfortable and ends up feeling like you are wrestling a crocodile in the hammock unless you are a dead sleeper and dont move much
