Yet after going to the 3rd input i discovered the unit will not work with the 3rd input and you need manually switch in the 3rd input so only 2 inputs exist at any one time

Note while the description on the web page says it comes with a 1 year warranty i cant find to whom one is suppose to contact for warranty help

The amazon customer support person told me to return the 5x1 with power adapter for a refund and to order using a different seller

Honestly i would rate the unit 5 stars based upon how well it worked with 2 inputs but the issue is when you need to use all input ports and or amplify the signal of an input the unit as sold shipped fails big time and there isnt any contact information on who supports the warranty
