I rate this product at 8 stars c4 is a excellent product i love the taste of it the 1st time i tool it i mixed it full strength that was a mistake i felt like i could run to the moon and back

Any way i broke my wrist on a heavy bag at the gym so i could not lift weights i started hardcore cardio and needed a boost i had tried other pre work outs and i found c4 to be superior to the other pre work outs with in 30 min and a mix of about 20 im good to go for hours
