Hdr support adds depth and vibrancy to every scene. Good for future use if i do decide to record in 8k.

The cable is this thick, feels solid, and very well-made.
This is a very good quality usb-c cable.
I don't record in 8k video quality, so i will not be using this cable to its maximum capacity.
The hub sits right under the monitor, and there’s something about excess cable on a workstation that just bothers me.
Price
This cable is priced very fairly, it's quite affordable.
Competitiveness
I think this makes a fantastic deal when compared to some of the more expensive production cables.
I needed another hdmi cable for my other sony fx3 and my accsoon cineview transmitter.

Cables in this bandwidth range arent really meant to flex a whole lot and while they can for sure you shouldnt encourage it

However this cable is likely not for moving around and repeated connectsdisconnects

It should probably be used more for tight spaces where cord concealment isnt really an option but keeping the cable up and out of the way of any sort of traffic to prevent accidental connection issues

There was one area on one end of the cable that looked a bit twisted but it didnt seem to affect the signal when connected

Then i got a new camera and it had a fullsized hdmi port

The straight connectors push the cord slightly out to the side of the camera and monitor where it offers more of an opportunity to snag on something although the stretchy cord reduces the danger
