Cable matters projector is defective. My computer recognizes it, but the projector doesn't. Burned up in less than 3 months.

The first one stopped working after about a year of use.

(running arch linux) works well but you have to shave down the plastic around the hdmi connector so that it creates a good fit.

Price

Haven't had any issues with this, and the price is well worth being able to work with a second monitor.

For this price if i loose one i don't worry about it.
