In the end, i could have easily gone with a standard cable, but i've got no complaints with the quality or performance of this product.
I can always count on cable matters to deliver a quality product.
It's thin but doesn't affect the quality of the cable so you're good to go !
Also, no issues whatsoever with the connectivity, etc.

Competitiveness
The line is much thinner than traditional cat6 cables and my internet connection is great.
This 25-foot cable coiled up takes up no more space than a regular 6-foot cable and is easy to coil up without kinking.
There were cheaper cat5e cables out there, but i liked the thinness of the wire and that it's future proof for 10 gb lan.
It also runs at 1gbps just fine.
