After doing a lot of research on powered passive single and dual cable products i decided to give these a try as a relatively low cost solution
I prewired the house with cat6 to each of the locations where tvs were going to be located as well as where the bluray and other hdmi devices were going to be placed
I tried a cat 5 from cable matters and this one work with no problem easy instructions and installation
I tried a cat 6 from cable matters and didnt work at all the image was blinking
