The chase allows for some fairly reasonable cable boots on it but for some reason this cables boots are bigger than other usbc ones ive encountered

The cable that came with the dock is a bit too short to reach from the cable tray under my desk to the laptop mount where i store my laptop when running closed

You will see a number of cables coming to market that claim thunderbolt compatibility but may actually be certified
