Pros & Cons

Pros

The cable matters patch panel is a basic piece of equipment and does it’s job. I’m a newbie when it comes to networking, so this could be true with all patch panels.

this takes keystones. This one is a great mix of quality, features and price. july 24, 2020.

Would highly recommend anyone looking for a simple customizable patch panel. Much easier to use than a preloaded panel. The keystones make them highly adaptable and convenient to use.

Cons

The unit is flimsy and cheap. The spacing between each slot is to close. The vendor continues advertise this as a keystone jack panel.

Quality

Quality build and the ability to place whatever standard keystones i want makes it very easy for me to centralize all my media ...  Read More

This patch panel fits perfectly, the cable support is nice and it is very sturdy.

It was impossible to the the remove panel and then put it back in after repairs without cables tearing out a wire by accident.

Pressing down on the keystone release and rotating up didn't work.

Price

Really can't beat the value for the price point.

It might cost a few bucks more than a punch panel, but totally worth it.

Pinching pennies to afford gas, purchase another vendors and half the cost.

Even for pros looking to lower the hardware cost, without sacrificing quality, this may just be the patch panel for you!

Competitiveness

Compared to several other patch panels, the ease of installing keystone jacks into this patch panel was awesome.

I was worried that this patch panel may have some plastic parts as mentioned by others on other patch panels from different vendors.

I had a few coax ports too (leviton) and those fit just fine as well.
