    The limitation here is that there is a known issue with the odyssey and it looks like other headsets from my troubleshooting google searches where audio in the headset can result in extreme static if youre using a usb extension cable google search with odyssey static audio brings back a lot of results

    This is due to usb power issues apparently using a powered usb hub fixes the issue

    When this happened on my headset it was extremely jarring the static plays at 100 of the volume and left my ears ringing for a bit
